Habits That Drain Your Energy

We all have those days/moments that feel like they pull the last little bit of life from us. Not always the things you do, but the negative people around you. These are habits that draining your energy, and we don't even notice it sometimes.

So it makes you think. What are these acts people do that steal our energy.

Your energy is low pretty often, it may be because of these habits. Sure, they seem totally innocent, but they’re actually draining your energy. Say it together kids...."NOT GOOD!"

  1. Criticizing others
  2. Taking unhelpful thoughts seriously
  3. Not getting enough sunlight
  4. Relying on approval outside of yourself
  5. Losing sight of a large purpose
  6. Trying to be perfect
  7. Constantly thinking about yourself
  8. Eating insulin-spikers
  9. Dopamine smashing
  10. Staying sedentary for more than 45 minutes at a time
